1. What are the Immigration process steps and fees?

Due to the fact that we are providing a personalized service, the fees are adjusted according to your profile, family status (single/married/married + children) and the complicity of the selected immigration program procedure. If you wish to know the exact fees you will be required to pay along the full process, please submit your personal information and we will assign you with a personal account manager who will provide you with an accurate estimation of the fees required in your specific case (no strings attached).
2. What do I need to prepare before being contacted by my personal account manager?
In general, you are not required to prepare anything before you are being contacted. Your personal account manager will contact you to complete an online application form on your behalf. However, if you wish to speed things up, you can prepare your CV and your spouse's CV (if applicable) as it will be required upon submission of your online application to the RCIC.
3. Can I bring my spouse and children with me?
Your spouse and dependent children (under the age of 19) will be included in your application. Children over the age of 19 will be required to file a separate application.
4. What if I'm not qualify under any immigration program? Will you offer me other alternatives?
If you are not qualify to apply under any immigration program, we will offer you the services of our team of non-immigration specialist who will search for other alternatives that may eventually lead you toward a permanent resident status.
5. Do you guarantee success?
There is no 100% guarantee in governmental procedures. Be aware of those who guarantee a success. It is up to the government sole discretion whether to approve your application or not. However, our RCIC partners will use their vast experience to maximize your credentials and give you the best chance possible. Other than maximizing your credentials, our RCIC partners may recommend your spouse to be the main applicant, assuming he/she can obtain higher ranking, and/or recommend you to submit an application for several immigration programs to increase your chance of being selected.
6. How long it takes to be accepted to an immigration program?
The acceptance duration varies according to the selected immigration program. Needless to mentioned, that the process 'speed' is also depend on how responsive you are and how fast you provide the RCIC with the required documentation and evidences.
7. Is IELTS required?
Yes, a valid IELTS test result is mandatory to submit an application to the Canadian government. We always recommend that both the main applicant and spouse sit this exam in order to increase the candidates overall score. The needed score will be determined according to the immigration program you have decided to pursue.
8. How can I know that Canadaxpress is truly legit?
We are welcoming you to contact us and we will provide you with all the information requiered about the RCIC validity along with a legal confirmation from the ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) website.
9. How can I assure that you will provide me with the service I've paid for?
Each of the services offered by Canadaxpress and its legal partners is being supported by legal mandates (contracts) describing the service you will be getting. The mandates include your personal information, your signature, the RCIC information and its signature. Only once the mandate is fully signed, the RCIC will start working on your file. You will receive a copy of the signed mandate directly to your email address along with the invoice and the RCIC contact information.
10. In what means can I pay for your service?
As we are operating globally, we accept international credit cards. If you do not have an international credit card, we will send you our bank information to complete the payment via a bank wire-transfer. Your account will be activated upon successful completion of payment.
11. What is your refund policy?
You will be entitled for a refund in the following scenarios:
The RCIC haven't start working on your file/assessment
In the report our RCIC had found you ineligible to suit your application to one of the immigration programs in Canada (50% refund)
Your application wasn't successfully submitted to the government due to mistake conducted by the RCIC
In case you have provided us with inaccurate information and fail the submission of your application to the government, you won't be entitled for any refund.
No refund will be given in case you were found ineligible to any of the programs offered by the Canadian government during step 1. However, if you decided to proceed with our team of non-immigration experts, who will search for alternative solutions that may lead you toward a permanent residency, you will be entitled for substantial discount.
Other requests will be evaluated and determined by Canadaxpress's sole discretion.
